Mr. Ceurvorst is the Managing Partner of Lord Capital, which he founded in 2003. He is experienced in structuring, underwriting, and distribution of financial assets. Immediately prior to LordCap, he held various senior positions with predecessor banks of Bank of New York Mellon, Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase. In that time he served as CEO of a full-service broker-dealer, created and lead a commercial loan portfolio management group, and led loan syndications and securitization groups (where his activities included the placement of equity in the first commercial loan securitization).
Mr. Ceurvorst serves as a board member of various industry organizations and charities, including the Structured Finance Industry Group (Washington DC), a bank ABCP conduit (Paris), Japan-America Society (Pennsylvania), Worshipful Company of International Bankers (London), Cameron Kravitt Foundation (Chicago), and Friends of Dartmouth Track & Field (New Hampshire). He earned his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and earned his master’s degree from Columbia University School of Business.

Mr. Lau has over 20 years of experience in structured finance and banking, both in the US and Europe. Immediately prior to joining Lord Capital, Mr. Lau worked as a Managing Director and Head of Term Non-Traditional ABS at RBC Capital Markets, where he also started up the European Term ABS practice. Previously he was at Deutsche Bank, responsible for the Credit Solution Group’s $4 billion lending book and capital markets business for consumer unsecured, student loan and certain non-traditional ABS asset classes. He worked for more than a decade at Barclays Capital in the ABS team covering a variety of assets classes, both on-the-run areas (credit cards, trade receivables, certain mortgage assets, auto loans) as well as non-traditional assets such as transportation/operating assets (corporate and recreational aircraft, shipping, rental and fleet finance), CDO-related structures, insurance settlements and whole business assets, among others. Mr. Lau began his career at JPMorgan.
Mr. Lau received his M.B.A. from Oxford University and a B.S. in Finance and Economics from St. Joseph’s University; he also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Ms. Ionescu brings extensive experience to her responsibilities in LordCap green energy applications, such as LordCap PACE administration, C-PACE funding, solar, wind, and other renewable sources.
Prior to joining Lord Capital, she held various positions in Commercial, Retail and Private Banking. Most recently she managed TD Bank’s Flagship Store on Wall Street with balances over $2 billion and TD's highest volume of originated commercial and residential loans. Prior to TD Bank, she served at predecessors of Wells Fargo Bank in various roles, including leading a team of bankers in delivering lending and investment services.
Ms. Ionescu serves as a board member as well as volunteers to various organizations and charities, including Community Word Project (financial literacy for children) and Community Training and Employment Resources (job training for veterans and others). She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Central Connecticut State University.

Tom Lamb is a senior financial executive with over 30 years of experience in the finance and insurance sectors assisting both public and privately held companies expand their global businesses.
Mr. Lamb recently retired from a hedge fund where he was involved with a structured finance portfolio consisting of aircraft, collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and multiple asset-backed securities (ABS) transactions.
He opened the US and Bermuda alternative risk transfer arm for a major European insurance company that participated in cash and synthetic investments over a broad range of asset classes. One of these investments provided initial equity for a multi-billion-dollar FINRA-regulated broker/dealer that provided Repo Cash Investment and Repo Security Financing Services and is a Tier 1 member of Fixed Income Clearing Corp (FICC). Tom was an initial board member for three of the related companies involved in this business.
Mr. Lamb started his career at various boutique broker-dealers and then moved to the financial guaranty/Insurance industries where he was involved in municipal and project finance, commercial paper conduits, future flow and film programs.

Mr. Basu has been involved with structured finance and the financial services industry for over 25 years. Most recently, Mr. Basu established and was the Senior Portfolio Manager for Mizuho Bank's MAI Recovery Fund. Prior to MAI he was Managing Director - Chief Credit Officer for International and Structured Finance at Financial Guaranty Insurance Corporation. He was also previously Managing Director - Head of Consumer Structured Finance at Capital Markets Assurance Corporation and MBIA, its successor. In addition, Mr. Basu served as Area Director - Credit Policy for Citibank's credit card business, and he started his business career as an Internal Consultant on Operations Research and Management Science at the American Express Company.
Mr. Basu has an undergraduate degree in Physics from Delhi University in India and graduate degrees in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Columbia University.

Ms. Ogawa-Erber coordinates LordCap’s marketing efforts with clients in Japan and east Asia. Prior to LordCap she managed Alpha Dialogue Advisors, LLC, a consulting firm offering investor development and market intelligence research to private equity and hedge fund groups. In addition, she previously led the Asia corporate consulting practice of Thomson Financial. Ms. Ogawa-Erber began her career in New York with Nikko Securities (predecessor to SMBC Nikko Securities) in equity analysis and institutional sales.
Ms. Ogawa-Erber earned her bachelor’s degrees from Meiji Gakuin University in Japan and Hope College in Holland, MI, and her MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Mr. Paik is a debt capital markets specialist with more than 25 years of experience, including as head of Loan Capital Markets at Mellon Bank, working in loan syndications and trading, portfolio valuation and development of capacities in Credit Default Swaps. Previously, he served in the New York Capital Markets Division office for the Bank of Montreal, was on the first loan syndication desk at Manufacturers Hanover, and served as a corporate loan officer at People’s United Bank in Bridgeport, CT. In addition to banking, Mr. Paik also spent seven years as a US Foreign Service Officer, including as a Political Affairs Officer in Brazil.
Mr. Paik previously served as Chairman of the World Affairs Forum, Stanford CT. He earned his BA from Harvard University and an MBA from the Wharton Graduate School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Dimmick has more than 25 years of comprehensive, broad-based experience in the banking and financial markets. He has held management committee level executive positions with Manufacturers Hanover Trust, Chemical Bank, Mellon Bank, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh heading departments in bank treasury, asset/liability management, corporate lending, securities sales and trading, mortgage finance, and capital markets including units overseas. Mr. Dimmick has extensive experience in the use of derivatives and asset-backed securities on both sides of the balance sheet. Mr. Dimmick started his career as a bank examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He currently serves as a Director of the West Penn Allegheny Health System, and a Director of the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.
Mr. Dimmick is a graduate of Lafayette College and received an MBA from the Wharton Graduate School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Fish has over 30 years of experience in banking and international finance. Immediately prior to joining Lord Capital, Mr. Fish worked as Senior Managing Director and Head of Global Loans at Aladdin Capital Management LLC in Stamford CT where he managed all aspects of the loan business including a $4 billion portfolio in CLOs. Previously at Dresdner Kleinwort in London, he was Managing Director and Global Head of Loans and Transaction Services he was responsible for all lending areas including corporate finance, leverage and infrastructure structuring, and middle market lending; in addition, he managed related global product lines including financial institutions, trade finance, and cash management. Mr. Fish also served for several years with Citibank, including as Head of EMEA Loan Sales and Trading in London, and also served as Head of US Loan Sales in New York. He began his career at Marine Midland Bank (now part of HSBC) in Frankfurt.
Mr. Fish has a BA from Lewis and Clark College and has received additional education through Tufts University.
Mr. Hritz has over 30 years of banking experience delivering lending and capital markets products to clients ranging from small and medium enterprises to large multinational companies. Immediately prior to joining Lord Capital, Mr. Hritz held various senior positions with BNY Mellon Corporation, including Head of the Portfolio Monitoring & Hedging Group within the Enterprise-Wide Market Risk Division, responsible for managing a $2 billion CDS portfolio and monitoring capital market trends as an early warning system for credit exposures. Other positions included the head of loan syndications and experience in the ABCP conduit unit. Mr. Hritz began his financial services career with American National Bank & Trust Company of Chicago in international trade finance and middle market banking, and subsequently joined Banque Paribas (now part of BNP Paribas). Previously, at HomeFed Bank & Home Capital Corporation, he focused on leveraged loans and liquidation of real estate joint venture partnership positions.
Mr. Hritz earned his Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University and his MBA from The University of Michigan.

Dr. Ceurvorst originally joined Lord Capital as an analyst in 2008. Having achieved his doctorate in fusion energy research, he is active in the green energy sector and serves as an advisor in this field. In addition to this role, he has been responsible for investment valuation calculations and has been active as an interface with the firm's auditors. He has also been responsible for customized reporting for fund investors, as well as the day-to-day monitoring of transaction and company flows and distributions. Prior to joining Lord Capital, Dr. Ceurvorst interned with Adams Capital Management, a boutique venture capital firm, where he created social network marketing strategies for portfolio companies.
Dr. Ceurvorst obtained Bachelor of Science degrees with honors in both Mathematics and Physics from Carnegie Mellon University and achieved his Doctor of Philosophy in Atomic and Laser Physics from the University of Oxford.

Mr. Lang is the UK Head of Banking for Mazars, based in London. He is a German certified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. After training with a Big 4 firm, Mr. Lang joined Mazars over 15 years ago. He is the partner responsible for the delivery of audit and related services to many of Mazars' financial services clients, including BNP Paribas, Natixis, Dexia, Persia International Bank, Sonali Bank, Philippine National Bank and numerous SPVs. He has extensive experience of working on international assignments in Ireland, Germany, France, and Afghanistan. Mr. Lang is also currently working on a number of bank restructuring projects and monitoring trustee mandates, including for Lloyds Banking Group on behalf of the European Commission.
Mr. Lang is a graduate of Universität zu Köln.

Mr. Nardello has more than 30 years of diversified aviation management and supply chain experience. He was most recently the SVP Operations of Hawaiian Airlines where he managed daily core operating functions, including Flight Operations, System Operations Control, Maintenance and Engineering, In-Flight, Customer Services, and Safety and Security. His diverse responsibilities included vendor relationship programs and integrating the corporate purchasing and inventory control departments. Previous experience with other airlines included all aspects of maintenance, engineering, and technical purchasing supporting worldwide networks, as well as regulatory compliance. In addition, he is a 22-year U.S. Air Force veteran distinguished by service in both Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm.
Mr. Nardello holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Connecticut, and an M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Thomann is Senior Advisor of EFA Group, Singapore and currently advises a number of companies in the financial and commodity sectors. He previously served over 32 years with BNP Paribas where he was a general manager of the Switzerland subsidiary. He has been responsible for global commodity finance, export finance, project finance and shipping. He held various positions within the bank in Geneva, Singapore and Paris.
Jacques-Olivier is one of the founders and Chairman of the Swiss Trading and Shipping Association (STSA), as well as a former member of the executive board of the Geneva Financial Centre Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Geneva, Department of Economics and from Ecole d’Ingénieurs of Geneva.
