For over thirty years in leadership positions at global asset management firms, banks, securities firms, and insurance companies, Mr. Reifsnyder created and turned around strategic business units, pioneered new markets and financing transactions in the U.S. and abroad, and developed highly successful client relationships. He negotiated or directed the origination, pricing, risk evaluation, and closing of over $35 billion in corporate and structured financing transactions in the United States, Canada, and other countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia. Subsequently, he provided litigation support and expert witness testimony in numerous high-profile court cases, and he consulted on the establishment of new global businesses in renewable energy, water conservation and asset management. A frequent speaker on risk management, structured finance, and credit market developments at financial conferences, he has served on the leadership team of industry associations and worked with government and regulatory bodies. Mr. Reifsnyder holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. in East Asian Studies from Harvard University, and a B.A. from Columbia University. His languages are Chinese, French, and Japanese.
